Truffles, marketing, design

Sometimes I enjoy looking our friends from Australia what they do to sell truffles and I found this review from a gourmet store for marketing truffles with a lovely desing. The document is quite heavy (23Mb) but worth it.
We should add in Spain some design to give value to our truffles, otherwise we’ll keep selling our melanoporum at 6-800€/kg, instead of the 1050€/kg reached in Australia for the last seasons.

Another “designer” annoyed by the artificial truffle oil used in some truffle festivals down under, made this logo to taunt the original logo festival:

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year, at least with some summer storms for our thristy truffles…

  1. Thanks Marcos. Very honoured to have you pick out our little paper!

Hope your season is going well over there.

    • It was lovely edited!
Truffle harvests in Spain this year won’t maybe reach 10tons!
In the main market in Teruel are coming in just 2-300kgs a week, and the other markets are doing nothing.
      Thanks for following,
